The Hungarian Kennel Club will organize for the third time the international dog show in one of the most beautiful bathing places in Hungary on 19-20-21^th of July, 2023, in the Vadkert Major.

In the outdoor exhibition area, there is again the opportunity to provide space for companies selling dog- and other hobby equipment the following prices:
40 E + VAT / m2 / 3 days

The minimum depth of each leasable area is 3 meters and the minimum leasable area is 6 m2

(3 meters deep x 2 meters wide), the price is: 240 E + VAT / 3 days.

We cannot provide a smaller area!

 

Power purchase option:

3,6 kW   230V                  60 E + VAT / 3 days

10 kW    400V                  180 E + VAT / 3 days.

If you would like to take part in the event with a sales stand, please send the signed order form to tradestand@kennelclub.hu no later than 05 July, 2024 before the exhibition, and please transfer the rental fee no later than 10 July, 2024. to the bank account number below:

If the rent / other service fee is not paid by this date, an additional surcharge of 10% will be charged to cover cash payment costs.

The stand can be occupied upon presentation of proof of payment or cash payment of the rent.

The places are filled according to the size of the requested areas and within the order in which the orders are received.



CONSTRUCTION - DEMOLITION:

You must register to the show office on Thursday, 18 July, 2024. We will also hand over the car enter permits and tickets.

The construction of the stand can be started from 12:00, if the rents have been paid.

The demolition of the stands can begin on 21 July, 2023, after the BIS program.
